Cancellation & Refund

Given the nature of downloadable items, (All downloadable themes are free) we do not generally offer a refund or credit on a purchase. However, when you subscribe to any of our services and for some reason are dissatisfied with any of them, you can choose to cancel/unsubscribe the services after 15 days of purchase. If you would like to request a refund or credit on the same you are request to raise a ticket. We will assess refund or credit requests on the merits, considering the digital nature of the services provide.

When can you ask for a Refund?


A user can claim for refund when:

• You have raised a ticket regarding the services and there is no appropriate response from our end.

• You have paid for a service for a longer period, and would like to unsubscribe the service mid way.

• You would like to just pay for a particular product and not use the entire monthly subscription.


When can you NOT ask for a Refund?


• You simply changed your mind.

• You subscribed by mistake, and are unwilling to change the subscription level.

• You do not have sufficient reason you support your claim

• More than half the time of the subscription has passed.

Our policies are customer driven and our support team is always eager to assist you and deliver highly professional support in a timely manner, however, BrandHeights has full authority to consider and review the refund case.
